Eat Smart New York, WIC, and NOEP present Eat Healthy on a Budget Classes, with food demo! 

Gain the skills and the knowledge to save money, make delicious meals, and learn about the nutritional value of what we eat. 

Happening at the Gouverneur Library, 60 Church St. Gouverneur NY 13642, on Wednesday, June 5th from 11am - 12pm and 12pm to 1pm.

Presented by Emily McClure, WIC Help Specialist, for information and assistance on WIC benefit eligibility, documentation, appointment set up. 

 

Sponsoring organizations include the Cornell Cooperative Extension of St. Lawrence county, MILC, and USDA SNAP.
